Reviews
Tried chicken bowl, Ziki bites and fries.
Taste -> yum
Price -> lil expensive but worth for midnight and the portions
quality-> good and rich
4 star -> Ziki you didn’t pack my order right.
you made me touch tomatoes with my bare hands 🤮 order was Chicken bowl without tomatoes😏
Haha kidding.. no I’m not….
try not to ignore the stuff on order while preparing.
Overall -> 4/5
I got a lot of suggestions to try this place out, but the food was a little overwhelming. Too many things going on in one meal. Gigantic portions and I was bloated for days from the bowl I ate. I could see how this might be popular for a drunk person late at night in downtown, but it just wasn’t the quality I had hoped for. Boyfriend had an oversized burrito and said he would not eat there again.
Late-night delight! This fast-food spot exceeded expectations with flavorful wraps. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and quick service. A tasty oasis during the midnight cravings. Wraps here are a must-try!
I really want to like Ziki but their food quality and service isn’t consistent. Sometimes you get really good food, other times it falls flat. The very first bowl I had from here blew my mind. The next time, food wasn’t as fresh. And so it goes back and forth, you never know what you’re going to get. The staff also leaves items off the order a lot. So your bowl can be missing the chickpeas or the extra sauce you paid for. I think I’ve received a complete order from Ziki just once. It’s frustrating because the concept is great. But these inconsistent quality and service issues are a bit of a drawback.
We got the feta fries, 2 quesadillas, and imported dip.
Feta fries were overly seasoned and did not hold up to the car ride home. We like about 15 minutes away from the location. We could not get over that season I even tried dusting them off but it was just too overwhelming. The quesadillas are fine and sauce paired well with them. However we did not like the pita bread or imported dip. Pita bread was salty and the dip was not for us.
I suggest ordering through the app we ordered at the kiosk and it was too hard for us to read or see the menu items. We ordered the dip thinking it was a hummus and was not.
It did take a while to get out food but the ladies were very nice.
I'm not totally turned off by my first experience but it will be awhile before I go back.
Be prepared to spend a pretty penny, if your on a budget this is not a place for you. Our meal came out 60 for 2 people. Portions are generous so think about sharing a meal.
Oh my beloved Ziki truck on S. Congress…you let me down today! I always get the pork zurrito and it is fantastic but today was an off day. The purpose of me leaving this review is so my feedback can be addressed because this food truck truly is awesome; the animal based ingredients, the crisp and clean flavors, the choice to not use dumpy vegetable oils (YUCK!), and vibe of the little green it sits on…all amazing! But today my pork zurrito was lacking the sweet tangy flavor on the pork and the fajitas were raw 🥺. Truly a travesty!!
Got the chicken fajita bowl- incredible use of spices. Chickpeas we’re perfectly crunchy. Generous portion. Definitely a new staple for me.
Delicious Greek/Mexican fusion at a very affordable price! I got the Ziki bites, falafel bites and the pork tacos and they were all 10/10!! I definitely plan to go back again and try the rest of the menu!
